Ceremony Only (Three hours of venue access) $2,000
Grandvew wedding rental includes tables, chairs, and ten hours of venue access unless otherwise specified.

Rehearsal Dinner (Four hours of venue access) $750
Corporate Meeting (Eight hours of venue access) $350
Extra hours can be purchased based on staff availability for $250 per hour.

Includes Friday - Sunday rentals only, 30x50 tent with bistro lights and optional walls $7,500
The Signature Canopy Package
 
Includes Friday - Sunday rentals only, 30x50 tent with bistro lights and optional walls for 30x50 tent, and 20x40 tent for the courtyard $8,000

Grandview Coordination Packages
 
(All Grandview weddings must have a professional day-of coordinator)  
Full Event Planning Services $2,000
Up to six 1-hour planning meetings, creation of concept and design of event, set and manage budget for event, source and book vendors, creation of event day timeline, setup of ceremony and reception spaces, coordination of ceremony, day-of vendor coordination, and clearing of reception space after the event.   
Day-of Coordination $1,000
Up to three 1-hour planning meetings to begin 6 months before the event date, creation of event day timeline, setup of ceremony and reception spaces, coordination of ceremony, day-of vendor coordination, and clearing of reception space after the event.
